I offer various services, but not limited to Virtual Personal Training, Triathlon Coaching, Cycling Coaching, and Swim Lessons.

 

ABOUT JW COACHING

Whether you are new to endurance sports or a seasoned athlete, it shouldn't be made complicated to reach your goals.  Competing in endurance sports should be an empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in working with my athletes to put them on a plan that fits their schedule, needs, and goals to help them succeed.  I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.

 

WHAT I DO

As a NASM CPT, IRONMAN University and USA Cycling Certified Coach, I offer a wide range of services and training styles. Whether you are a single sport athlete or a multisport athlete, I can formulate a training plan that works best for you.


I create customized training programs for triathletes at various levels of experience and performance to help them maximize their personal training goals in triathlons, marathons, half-marathons, 5k races and other events.  I also take great pride in working with athletes in New York City and across the country year-round to focus on improving specific techniques and results in their single sports of swimming, cycling and running to help them reach their maximum potential.

GROUP TRAINING

Doesn't matter if you are a group or someone who is looking for one to train with.  I organize group workouts including training camps along with group run and bike workouts.

The FOURTH discipline.  Always gets overlooked, but it is what puts everything together.  Endurance is always great, but it is strength training that allows you to cut the fat and build muscle in person or virtually!

 
 

ABOUT JONATHAN WEISS

Prior to becoming a triathlon coach and personal trainer, I was in Real Estate Finance for over 12 years.  I have always been one who has wanted to help others and empower them to reach their goals.  I have been racing in triathlons since 2012 and got into the sport after playing ice hockey for over 15 years.  I have competed in over a dozen 70.3’s and multiple IRONMAN distances.  I hope to channel my love of triathlons and endurance sports into partnering with all of my athletes.
